Blundstone Arena is not a Ticketek outlet. Tickets can only be purchased for events being held at Blundstone arena.
Ticketek is the authorised ticketing agent for all events at Blundstone ArenaTickets to all Blundstone Arena events (excluding memberships) should be purchased via the authorised ticketing agent, Ticketek.
Ticket on-selling agencies – such as Viagogo, Stubhub, Ticketmaster Resale etc – are not authorised ticket sellers for Blundstone Arena.
It is strongly recommended that Blundstone Arena tickets are only purchased through the authorised agent, Ticketek. Tickets purchased through unauthorised ticket on-sellers are not guaranteed admission to the Arena. All enquiries and requested refunds regarding tickets purchased through these channels should be directed back to the ticket on-seller.
Blundstone Arena Box Office is open on event days, usually from 1 hour prior to gates open. Ticketek staff will be on site during events to facilitate ticket sales, collections, and enquiries.

Reception is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 4pm to purchase tickets for events at Blundstone Arena. Located near the Hurricane's Cafe, pop by and purchase a ticket to the next event at Blundstone Arena.
The Western Box office usually opens 1 hour prior to the gate opening time.
Unfortunately, once you have completed your purchase, you are unable to change your allocation.
The selling of tickets via non-authorised sellers is a breach of the conditions of sale of that ticket and those doing so are knowingly breaching this policy. Ticketek and Blundstone Arena recommend that you do not buy tickets from non-authorised sellers. The Hirer and the Venue have the right to refuse your entry.
Companion card tickets can be purchased at Blundstone Arena reception prior to the event or on the event day.
Companion tickets can also be booked through the Ticketek’s Accessible Seating Hotline: 1300 665 915. Please note that only the paid ticket will be issued at the time of booking. The companion ticket can be collected from our box office on the day of the event. The companion card holder will need to be present when picking up the tickets in order to verify the booking details. Our box office opens 1 hour before gates open.
